RICHARD GRUNINGER
Coming from New Jersey and the New York area, Rick adds 35+ years of retail Insurance experience both as a Sr. Underwriter III for CIGNA, and having fully managed a 45M Agency, both in the New York City area. He holds the coveted ARM, CIC, and AAI designations, which sets him apart as an Insurance Industry specialist unsurpassed by many in the entire State of Nevada. Rick is a graduate from the University of Miami, Florida holding Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Marine Engineering, with a Minor in Music.
MONUA CARY
A native Nevadan, she comes to the table with 25+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience. Monua's expertise encompasses Underwriting, Risk Management, Sales and Marketing, along with multi-state small to large varied commercial accounts including Reinsurance service and contract negotiation for Government Risk Pools/Captives, Excess and Surplus Lines, Work Comp (primary, Excess and reinsurance), Bonds, Transportation, Aviation and Construction risks.
